just wondering if anybody can help me find the price of a franz joseph 1895 coin  >  https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5744.html

I copied in KM# 2804 from the top of the notebook on that page you gave, and pasted it in the Search on eBay, there are two (not 1895 though) currently on offer there...
Item number: 220721127142 is in Argentina for sale and asking $15.99 (£10.27) for an 1896 coin.
Item number: 380296978518 is in U.S.A. for sale and asking $11.99 (£7.70) for an 1893 coin.
 But condition and rarity are everything, and silver prices too I guess. Also the year.
