Costa Rica: 10 colones 2008

here is what I sent to KM December 2010, but so far no reaction:

when I compare the measures with the km228b (22.97mm), the 2008 has a diameter (23.61mm) with is largely above the normal deviation rate, so a new km# should be given, or at least a comment

When I compare the writing on the 2 coins, the 2008 is in bold compared to the 2005.

I agree that the 2008 coin has a larger diameter than the 2005 coin.  I submitted this as a modification last year.
