I recently got this coin in a swap:

I can't find it anywhere in the Standard Catalog of World Coins, but the Numista website says it has a rarity index of 95, so I'm assuming it has some value. I would grade it F-12 (it has some rust on the face). Could anyone help me out and give me an idea what this is worth?
