1835 2 CENT LEOPOLD PREMIER ROI DES BELGES

I have a 1835 2 cent coin which has a mint error, has anyone come across the same error, also is mine of the narrow rim. any help would be great. Regards from Ireland

These coins were struck on Dutch one cent coins.
The 8 you can see is part of the date of that coin.

This Dutch cent overstruck with Belgian dies is moving evidence for the property settlement between both states.
