1909 5 Pfennig coin, value and grade opinions

I have a 1909 German 5 Pfennig coin that I came across, I took the best pictures I could with what I have, so I am sorry they are not the clearest. I am able to see very fine detail on the bird on the coin, the picture does not show it well. I am interested in some value and grade opinions, and if this coin is worth submitting to a coin grading company. (I have never done so before)

 That is the 1909J page, and maybe Grade MS-60 and so $170
