Can anyone solve the problem?

There is the same coin in 2 different 'countries':

The first coin is wrong... because it's from Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth KM#41 Royal Issue and not from Livonia.
The Livonian 1/24 Thaler is KM#3 and it's from (16)47, (16)48 and (16)48(d).
And can anyone correct please the duplicate years of the 2nd coin, please?

I created the second one and initially put it in as "Elbing" but the referee obviously changed it to Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth.  I'm not sure who made the other one.
