Multi-Nation coin

I recently got this coins:

It is considered as a "Saint Kitts and Nevis" coin alone. But the shield actually has the countries "Saint Christopher * Nevis * Anguilla".

So, shouldn't this coin also be considered as part of Anguilla's coinage? Maybe like a Commonwealth or something like that. The main motive I think this coins was placed exclusively at St K&N is the emblem of course, but having the ANGUILLA name at this emblem might count as well.
