Request add Types A/B (edge readable with obverse up/down) for Romania, 100 LEI, KM#111

Please add
Type A (edge readable with obverse up)
Type B (edge readable with obverse down)
for years 1991/1996.

Also the essai with "TOTUL PENTRU ŢARĂ" 1992 should be added only when someone will have a piece to prove that essai exists. Until then It should be deleted. Nobody likes 'urban legends'.
