Great help. I had not seen the "Eastern Caribbean" I was looking for the the "British Caribbean Territories" in analogy to "British West Africa", "British West Indies" and so on.
The name "Eastern Carribean" is linked to the modern name, as most former British Caribbean Territories became independant but kept a unified currency, like did BCEAO from French West Africa or BEAC from French Equatorial Africa. But as Anguilla and Montserrat didn't split from UK, not sure it was needed to split both currencies as did former French colonies.
