New Coin Pictures

Hello, I am trying to add a picture for this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces45856.html I asked a person who had it on Ebay if I could use his picture that he took, and he said yes, so I went to add the pictures, and Ebay is not "approved". Why am I limited in my choices?

You should ask him if he can send you the pictures, the seller of the coin.

Because of copyright laws. Numista had a few problems through unauthorised use of pictures in the past , 'the burnt child dreads the fire'.
You can't simply use a picture from some site and post it without the consent of the owner and eBay doesn't own all pictures hosted on their site so it can not show up on the list.
You may know that this particular eBayer has given you permission but how should the referee know this.
For your porblem send a message to the person who is in charge of Australia, that would be elvis123 in your case or one of the catalog mods.

It is a seller from china that has lots of these coins, but isn't very good with correspondence or English. His reply was "Ok," I clicked save as so that I got the picture on my computer, so should I just say I made it myself? And how do I find a Numista user so that I can contact him. And I am in US, not Australia.
It doesn't matter where you live  :D I meant you want to update pictures of an Australian coin so you should contact the person who is responsible for Australian coins.
I give you the link to elvis123 (https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=20058) then click on Send a personal message to elvis123
For the future the fastest way to find an account is through google.  Simply serach: Account Name + numista
then you should get a link like:  Account Name's Profile - Numista
