What are the "6K" and the "C" abbreviations for?

K is for Kreuzer/Kreutzer, C is the mintmark (Karlsburg). But there's a variety of the Karlsburg coins where they say "FRANC".
Here's one that's mintmark C, but with the FRANZ inscription:

Edit: Sorry, that's the same type of coin as the one you posted recently, I'll see if I can find a FRANC one.
