But I'm still a novice, so I could be wrong. What I need to know (if it is that coin) is what year mine is? And if I have a different coin, which one is it, and what year?
On the reverse there are small signs at the bottom, which look like Persic numbers, this is the minting year. This one seems to be 1326 as mentioned as a comment on the minting year lines.

Please note, as I said before, that most coins bearing non-occidental numbers for minting years have their local transcription given in comments, and are usually written in local and Gregorian calendars in occidental numbers on the minting year column.

This is a 2 rial 1354 (1975): https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7815.html.
At first I would say it is 1356 (but certainly not 1326). The three first numbers are definitely 1, 3 and 5. The fourth number looks like a 6 but 1356 doesn't exist. The picture is not very clear, so what I first thought was a 6 must be a 4. If you can scan your coin in a higher resolution you probably can see that very well.
