New country to be added

Attention, there is a new country that we must add to the list right away, the Sultanate of Neil.  A small country of 1/5 Acre on Cockerell Street, Dunedin, New Zealand.  I, Neil declared myself Grand exalted Poobah and succeeded from the New Zealand government just long enough for my 6 and 9 year-old boys to make 500 cardboard coins which I will be selling for $10,000 each......I DEMAND RECOGNITION!

I will recognize your state if you grant me the mining rights for diamonds, gold and oil for at least 50 years. Then I will throw in for free my vote for your place in the UN security council and will propose you as the next possible FIFA World Cup host.

If so, I am not creating a country just for the sake of it, but because I have a coin from there, and that is the country to where it belongs.
