"Juche" (self-reliance) is the official ideology of North Korea; as you'd expect, it's crazy.
Another use of "Juche" is as a calendar, first introduced in 1997. North Korea, rejecting the bourgeois and religious A.D. system (nominally based on the birth of Christ), now bases its years on the Juche system. "Juche 1" refers to the date of birth of Kim Il-Sung (April 15, 1912). 2015 is "Juche 104".
