I've noticed Kosovo is neither on the coin map nor a country with any coins added to it. However, I've discovered, despite it not minting coins, there are still a few Kosovan coins.

Should it not be added?
"In my opinion, sir, any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed"
-Jack Churchill, on his assault of a Nazi german camp riding a motorcycle with his bow and arrows, scottish claymore and bagpipes
Nice idea but there are no official Kosovo coins at the moment.
Were they fakes then? I've seen pictures of Kosovan leks but perhaps they were photshopped.

What currency do they use?

Kosovo uses the euro but they are not an official member - meaning they can't make their own coins.

And of course there are fantasy Kosovo coins which are very real but not not sanctioned by any government and not used (and most probably don't even originate from Kosovo).
Shouldn't they be counted as kosovan though?

No - because they are not real coins. If you have the money you could make Kosovoan coins too.

Check Alibaba there are many Chinese companies willing to make custom "coins" for very little. Xavier made Numista coins two years ago in fact.

I have a 10 Dinars banknote of Kosovo, an overprint issue of Macedonia, but unable to put it in the catalog. Shouldn't there be a section for Kosovo in the banknote category?

Check this out;

Hello,
Kosovo is now available as an issuer when adding banknotes to the catalogue.
Thanks. But in the 'Browse Banknotes' section unable to find it. Is it under any other Country header?
Hindole
Then you have to fill the issuer with page if you want to see it.
I've added the only Kosovo 10 Dinar banknote in Numista and it is showing in my personal catalog, but there is no mention of Kosovo in the Browse Banknotes section. I request you to add it in the Modern States with Limited Recognition, if possible.

Thank you.
Hindole
Is it verified already? I have my doubts.
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note228508.html

It's validated but not showing in the catalog.

Hindole
I stand corrected very strange, maybe it was validated less then 24h ago.
I validated prior to his post. He asked me to make it show. I suggested he most it here so that it might get corrected. I had difficulty finding it, and once I approved it, I wasnt sure where to find it again.

Hello,
Kosovo is now showing in the list of countries. It's automatic the next day after the coin creation request is accepted.
Okay, didn't know that. Thank you so much.

Have a nice day.

I have a big but big doubt , that it is legal tender , issued by default by the National Bank.
Not even in the notes there is no mention of the problem.

I issue coins of the denarius of the Great Moravian Empire , and know they have more legality and they already have a set exchange value a neighbor gave me 1/2 liter of homemade plum brandy -what is the equivalent of 170 CZK ---- what is 7,55 USD .
I will also request to be included between currencies !!!!!!
Or am i wrong!!!!! I hereby officially protest.

I have no problem reading in Cyrillic I graduated from Russian for 1.
I have trouble reading :

Country Kosovo
Type Standard banknote

But for me-I don't care what their banks issue, I added a coin on the same day
,,Dinar of Great Moravia,, was put between tokens.
And the difference, please, is incomparable Great Moravia was not questioned by its existence.

So let North Macedonia do what it wants to be ,, let's not mix political and fatas in real ideas,,
