New, Shortened URLs for the MPCC Contest

I registered two domains, mpcc.gq and ppcc.gq which are shortened URLs which redirect to the main page of the English and French MPCC (PPCC in French) contests respectively. Go ahead and use them!

I use them in my signature to ensure that I don't go over 256 characters with the full domain.
