If tokens don't count toward my collection country total, why for example, do Spitsbergen and Tatarstan, that have no coins, only tokens, appear in the country list?
Some tokens are circulating items. Such tokens deverve their status of coin-token and have to be listed apart from other tokens.
However, there are some "lobbies" to remain some dubious nations as countries despite their denominations are all uncirculating tokens with no official issuing authority.
