Like Button

I was sure this posted but I cant seem to find it. Is it possible we could have a like button for all posts?

This is another forum I use and they have the system there. Very useful to let someone know their post is appreciated. Subjects like the new additions threads, people post what they have but it looks like no one actually cares because there are no responses to each of them.

Something like this.....





Hopefully it can be done, I want to show appreciation for all replies, especially posts where a coin has been uploaded.

Perhaps I missed something, but we already have a very similar feature at the top and bottom of forum posts: . It's true there is no "Thanks" or "I don't like", just a "I like" / "I recommend". Do we need something different?

It is more on a personal level.

Say a coin ID is tough and someone manages to ID the coin when there are a lot of replies, I would like to thank that person individually. Where as the current is a thumbs up for the entire thread/Topic, regardless of who has posted within that thread, It is not the same thing with the current "recommend" button.

​I like this idea! We have engaged in some crazy arguments with people that seem to want to swindle members and I sure would like to have a dislike button for posts like that one. That was just one example, but there are others that are not nice.

edduns comment about hobonickels, I would have given that a "like" or "Thanks" as it taught me something interesting. This is a way to express gratitude.
