Listing indicates edge lettering of F.A.O. 1350 (three times) on this coin, with proof having variety of F.A.O. 250.
Krause indicates nothing about edge lettering of circulating coin but indicates proof has variety of F.A.O. 250.
Some Internet descriptions seem to indicate all the coins have edge lettering F.A.O. 250. Here is an excerpt from Colnect:
http://colnect.com/en/coins/list/country/1865-Iraq/year/1970/edge/3-Lettered_plain
"Edge: PrT - Plain with raised text: FAO 250 FAO 250 FAO 250
Note: non-magnetic". I assume PrT means printed. And the coin is magnetic (nickel) so that is just a Colnect error.
The coin I have does not appear to be a proof and has edge lettering and I would call it "F.A.O. 250"; I cannot photograph the edge. There is a thin line (much thinner than the numerals) before the "250" so I guess it could be mistaken for a "1" (London Coins website indicates "1970 with FAO 1250 on edge three times in relief")

I think Numista listing is mistaken and coins are lettered F.A.O. 250 (with 1350 being a Numista typo). And I think Krause is wrong in listing the edge lettering only for the proof.
Does anyone know the actual story of edge lettering of this coin so listing can be fixed?
Thanks for any comments.
