Seychelles 2012 10 cent VS 2007 10 cent. different subtype

I just found that value on 2012 coin ( by the way, it was minted at SA Mint as You see on it, - request on modification sent already) is bold, and, as a result , - short distance from the "1"`s angle to fish tail.

So, 2012 10 cents is not just year/Mint but also design subtype

"10" is far from fishtail vs "10" is almost touches fishtail

Reverse:
PM vs SAM ( not considered as subtype, just note)
