Hong Kong coin still missing from catalog [Risolto]

Here are pictures of the coin that I submitted for verification for entry into the catalog. The H mint mark follows the 'S' in CENTS. As you can see the coin is in poor shape but can someone please add this year (1958) and mint mark.

My original change request was deleted with no reason given. I submitted a request to have the Hong Kong 10 cent coin that is missing from the catalog, KM#28 with the date and mint mark of 1958-H added. I resubmitted the request with the hope of finding out what was wrong but nothing followed.
