I have this coin from Livonia :

It looks a lot like this one : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces41643.html but there it says it's silver , but as you can tell from the picture mine does not look like silver at all , but the rest looks identical .
Can some of you give me a hand with this ?

In the SCWC, billion is listed under the generic term of "Silver"

To me it looks a lot like copper.

That's because billon is mostly copper ... anything under 50% can be considered billon.

Also , can you tell the year of the coin ? I'm not sure about it ...

The link you provided is indeed your coin.
The only thing I see is a 5 for the date.

Petrus, in your picture you can see 45 after RIG.
In the original picture I can only see a 5 after RIG. There is no room for a 4 between the point and the 5:

I could believe a 5 could stand for (160)5, but 1605 doesn't exist and I can hardly believe the 5 would stand for (16)5(0).

Yes indeed, that is what puzzles me too.
It seems there are many varieties for this coin.
I have no explanation for the metal under the dot between G an the 5

Yes , could be 1650 , I forgot to say this , but the seller sold it to me as 1650 , but I wanted to be sure . I can be (16)5(0).

Yes, here is 1650 clearly written as (16)50 and not as (16)5(0). So I really don't know where the 5 stands for on your coin:
