Netherlands cent 1960, old style reverse

I came across a 1960 Netherlands cent that looks like the earlier style. I don't find it listed either in Numista or my book. I found one reference on Allnumis.com, showing it as KM10a. It doesn't match the style at the time. What's up with that? Was it a special 1-year coin?

There are a lot of similarities between coins from Netherlands, Netherlands Anitillies, Curacao and Suriname.
