De jure it is the same country. And de facto too. Difference is very small and not differentiated by KM, so it is up to referee whether to split it or not.
But coins are not usually split for such small changes. Even though, picture in the comment section explaining the difference would be nice.
I asked the Bolivia referee - he preferred Jarcek's solution. Of course it is the same country also if the coat of arms is shown slightly different. But I'll add pictures showing the different design.
best regards
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.
Looks like solved. Now a collector would see that these changes are described. More over, it is a reason to check the coin attentively - there is always chance to find a mule.
Cita: "Handzumgrus"My Schön Catalogue says
1995 is minted in Stuttgart, Germany,
1997 is minted in Hamburg, Germany,
2008 is minted in Santiago de Chile
I think we should add this information too.
I made a change request.
It seems that a referee scheduled to consider the modification for mints for 4 years. These days the mint section appeared and the data can be added properly.
