I have no way to understand why two lira coins of Vatican City are separated from the others, see the attached picture
Someone can help me?

Just noticed that the top two are designated as Y#, whereas the other two are KM#.
Could this be possibility?
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

What's the difference between a y# and a km# ( i know what the km is)?

I collect anything: If it's Italian or Italian states i collect it even more!
Y numbers are Yeoman numbers, used for some coins dated after 1850, in the Yeoman "Modern World coins" and "Current Coins of the World" catalogues.
KM are numbers used Krause Standard Catalogues
