I have been re-visiting my own database and noticed that I have a few countries where the total in my database and that shown on Numista are not the same.
I have added a few, but now in the alphabetical order in which i am doing them, I come across Belarus.
I have no idea what the wording is on both sides of the coins or the actual translation.
If someone can reply with this information, I will add the coins to Numista over this coming weekend. The obverse of the first three coins looks the same, but added photographs just in case.
On obverse of the coins: РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ = Republic of Belarus ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ = 20 Rubles РУБЛЁЎ = Rubles
On reverse first coin: ПОМНІКІ АРХІТЭКТУРЬІ БЕЛАРУСЬ = Architectural monuments of Belarus МІРСКІ ЗАМАК = Castle of Mir
On reverse of second coin: ФУТБОЛ ЧЭМПІЯНАТ СВЕТУ = Soccer World Championship
On reverse of third coin: ПОМНІКІ АРХІТЭКТУРЬІ БЕЛАРУСЬ = Architectural monuments of Belarus ЗАМАК РАДЗІВІЛАЎ = Castle of Radzivił Нясвіж = Nesvizh (Castle)
On reverse of fourth coin: З. АЗГУР = Z. Azgur (Belarusian sculptor)
On reverse of fifth coin: НАЦЫЯНАЛЬНАЯ АКАДЭМТЯ НАВУК БЕЛАРУС = Belarusian National Academy of Science 80 год = 80 years
Andy,
You are achieving faster than I can do it, so take your time. I cannot add until Friday evening or Sunday night as I have lots of football to referee this weekend. Three games in total
