Croatia referee add the coin but rejected my photo without any explanation As far i remember he must provide information why rejected my photo :(

Because he added his own. And while the photo is yours, I believe you added it as photo from Authorized source. In this case, personal photos should go first, because websites can always go back on their authorization. That is the reason.
