I came across the following in Latest coins added:

I believe that they belong in ** Exonumia ** - ECU & Pre 1999 Euro - France
Just move them, if you're wrong then the referee can just deny the request.
They are in French cities, which is somehow ok. French cities is an abomination here. Most of it should be in Exonumia.

I understand your point of view... However, I've to tell you that in France, lots of similar French cities tokens labelled in ECU or euro effectively circulated as a local provisional bond currency mostly used as a help for local trade and, for pre-1999 issues, as a way to familiarize people with the euro currency despite we didn't know anything about definitive euro coinages. I know it as I received 2 bond tokens from my own city during the validity period of such bond coinage. From a foreign look, they seem fantasy, but most of them had a real use.

Ok, so it is some kind of notgeld. Still, local coinage (for example Polish and Dutch) is still within token section.
