there should be a proof line for 1890, unknown mintage

Also, I know Krause (and Numista) list the Gregorian years for this coin, but shouldn't we use Hijra dates here as they are mentioned?
Hijra dates are mentioned on the reverse which reads: "Sharakah Almania, Year 1307"

I would say no, leave the information in the comments as the issuing authority was not islamic so the main date was gregorian.
