A bug or intended German text?

I like how it sounds in German, but is this intended to look this way, or someone forgot to translate it to English?

Several people asked for explanation already. I am not sure if Xavier ever told us why. :D

This error message may appears in several pages of Numista. At the time I found funny to have this kind of error messages in German. They were intended only for situations that should never occur, except by trying to trick the system.

No matter, i have no clue why, but i still fell off my chair laughing at that line of text the first time i saw it!

​I find it funny as well.
As to how I got there, I was rating a swap with the member https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=35019 . I think the PC went off while doing it, so next day I woke up I found my browser on the wrong page with the error msg.
