Canada 1998 Quarter KM 184

The Numista listing for this KM does not include the 1998 coin. I has the 1998 W but not the 1998. The coin is also not listed in the 2016 Standard Catalogue of World coins, however it is referenced in the 68th edition of the Charlton Standard Catalogue of coins 2014 on page 184. I have attached an image of the coin I have. How do we get it amended on Numista, as the site indicates the listing is complete and has been verified?
