What's going on with Netherlands West Indies (New Country)

I see we have a new country, Netherlands West Indies. It can't be accessed from the country list. It shows up as a major heading and has no link. Is this a trial of some sort?

I missed this, no admin discussion was on this.

So I presume member added it as a new country, and one of master referees corrected it (which does not erase the country though - only catalogue admins can do that)

I will wait if one of master referees can confirm my idea. Then it will be deleted I believe.
