data entry advice please [Risolto]

hi I have been entering some of my roman coins onto the site a number of which are new to the catalogue I did not realize I could add to my collection from that screen. is there a way I can access the coins I have entered before they are approved to add to my collection data

Yes, open "Change requests" page from Catalogue tab. Then click your particular request and then again it's name/link in the top left corner. That will put you on the coin sheet page.
