Chile 50 Pesos KM 219 [Risolto]

Good day,

I have 3 of these coins 1,KM 219.1 and 2, KM 219.2, Numista catologue says edge, "Smooth with 21 ellipsoid dents".
All 3 of mine have 23 ellipsoid dents . Can we get a few others to verify this information so we can modify this entry? If this is correct?

Hi,

anyway I went to the trouble to make images of all my km219 coins:
1981, 82, 85, 87. 88. 89. 91. 92. 93. 94. 95. 96. 97. 98. 99
2001. 02. 05. 06. 07. 08. 10 narrow date, 10 wide date. 11. 13. 14

I then counted the ellopsoids like this on ALL those coins


and guess what, they are ALL with 23 ellipsoids Bravo JCler001, for finding that and "spoiling" my whole afternoon counting

Hi Jim,

actually I had foreseen to prepare two trades (picking and packing) and processing a received trade this afternoon, but I thought, that the guy with 21 ellipsoids MIGHT have been right for one year (he might still be, though), but at least we don't have to count on all the years now, so it has served for something, and tomorrow is another day.... everything at its own time and when I want to!
