Mexico 5 peso KM 485 thick rim thin rim. Is this normal for this series?

There are a lot with hub loose so one side is off a little where one side is thick and other side thin

Any thoughts, Is this normal?

Sorry about images not that great. Just got home from work. An other 60 hour week. I know the rims on these are all over the place, should I keep looking Or is this normal
