Liberty Half Dollar

I have found a Liberty Half Dollar dated 1945 not sure what the figure is to the right of it in small print the words "IN GOD WE TRUST" the date is at the bottom 1945
On the reverse side words UNITED STATES OF AMERCIA to the left of the eagle words " E.PLURIBUS UNUM"
at the bottom words HALF DOLLAR.
I cannot find in the catalogue. Can anyone give me any information on this coin?
