Fix Mintage for KM#902 French Franc

The mintage for each year is not editable by the "Modify data" option, so I´m opening this topic here.

The issue is with French Francs KM#902.1 and KM#902.2.
The .1 has mintage quantity and years listed in the .2 page. All the information is still in the catalog, but I don´t see why that separation, if we have one page for each coin.

I´m adding the data of my Krause catalog (2011, 38th edition) for easy check up. If anyone has some more update numbers, feel free to correct me:
