One consistant list?

The lists are different depending on where you are looking-

Sometimes by a-z order regardless of whether country or issuer and sometimes by countries with issuers as subs.

This may cause other problems, but would it work to change the names of issuers to include the country?

For instance-
"Hong Kong" to "China- Hong Kong".
"Canadian Provinces" to "Canada- Provinces"

I would then change the order of my books, to match, but it would make more sense in the long run, so I suppose it would be worth it.
