Not able to create change request to edit KM# reference number for a coin sheet [Risolto]

I am trying to submit a change request for modifying the existing KM# for the coin sheet

Currently it displays KM# as 300.1 and I want to modify it to 300.100
When I edit the KM# to 300.100 and submit the form, I get the message "You didn't make any modification."

It seems that either there is a bug that is not allowing value 300.100 or the value is already 300.100 but is getting displayed as 300.1

is it really "300.100" in krause? I don't think so..

The reference number looked strange at first but Parimal is right. The right reference number for that coin is KM# 300.100
KM# 300.1 also exists but that's another coin: 1 rupee from Advani, not from Akbarnagar like the KM# 300.100:





The first one is in Krause 1601-1700, 6th edition (2014), page 1127, the other one is on page 1128.

Then Xavier should do something about it
