This is probably a fake. The detailing is too good for a coin from the 12th century. Probably a modern reproduction.

I think 'fake' is too heavy a word. They're souvenir replicas/tokens sold around historic places in the Czech Republic. I remember even hammering my own souvenir coin somewhere.
Indeed, material and details are such that there can be no confusion whether it is real or not.
