What's the process to add a coin to the catalogue?

I have a coin/token of the Rock band Queen - it is about the size of a US Half dollar coin and is silver plated metal. The Obverse has the band's name at the top and images of all four members below reeded edge, and on the reverse is the band's Coat of Arms with the bands name LOGO at the bottom. It has a proof finish with mirror field and frosted design elements. There is no date or mint/maker mark. I ordered two of them in error and would like to offer the other one as a swap coin on Numista but find no listing for it. Can a new member add a coin-token-metal to the catalogue and if so how would I go about it? Thank you for your help in answering my questions. Photos of the coin are attached

Just follow the instructions from here and submit it for validation by the Numista team!

Make sure though that the coin/token is not already in the catalogue and that the information you will input to the coin sheet is valid. Another point to have into consideration is the copyright of the pictures you are using, as there are certain websites that have given permission to Numista to use their pictures.

Yours is a token, so it should go to the appropriate section there.
