East India Company coin identification help needed [Risolto]

Copper coin, I believe the date is 1799 though 1798 is a possibility. About 29mm.

On your second image can just be seen top right PAYABLE then LER lettering at end,
as I Fielding was a grocer and tea dealer. Which is what your first image is,
the Coat of Arms of the Worshipful Company of Grocers.
