To me it looks more like the UK 10 pence Km#938b 1992,
Wire edge tapers to a narrow reeding
Flat edge edge is flat and uses the full width of edge.
I think it is two different ways to put reeding on a coin
When the coin is pressed and cuts the reeding on the coin. A different edge die can make a wire edge and a flat edge. You may find the one with a wire edge my have a very small difference in dia. The wire edge may be a small bite bigger than a flat edge.
