Between 1876 and 1963, the U. S. Mints had struck 782 different coins for 36 different countries. U. S. law prohibits the striking of coins for a foreign government if it will interfere with the production of regular coinage for the USA, and the foreign governments may select the date to be placed on their coins, so the date on the coin often does not match the year in which it was actually struck.
I have submitted the actual striking dates for some of the Venezuelan coins for 1877, and for 1945-54, for coins that were struck in the USA.
Do you want this information for the Numista catalog, or do you just want the mint location?
Note that the above information does not include any of the output of the Franklin Mint, whose first international coinage was for the Tunisia Proof sets of 1969.
Both of those countries--and 34 others--are listed in the 1965 book, which was extracted from U. S. Mint reports. There are some surprises in that little book, including coins struck for Mexico and for Serbia (the latter struck at a private mint in Rhode Island).
