Could we please revisit all of these Polish coins, patterns and regular issue, that are described as Queen Jadwiga? These coins from the first half of the 20th century do not depict Jadwiga. They show a peasant girl under headdress with wheat stalks arrayed as sun rays. This is the destination of Poland, or Polonia. In France the representative of France is called Marriene. In the UK she is called Britannia. In the Coinage of the US she is called Liberty. We should correct our catalog.
