Sweden 2 öre 1942

Hello,
What's the difference between "dark" en "light" iron? A matter of colour (I didn't know that iron could be darker or lighter) ? Or is it a matter of weight?
Are you referring to the two different metals that were used?

'Coins in iron minted to replace those in bronze, due to metal shortages during and after World War II'

... as found here https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces4033.html
Thank you, but according Numista it's about 2 coins in iron and not 1 in bronze and another in iron.
It all depends where the coins have been.

Dag,
Graag een beetje uitleg a.u.b. Ik veronderstel dat ze uit Zweden komen ;). Zouden ze door hun reis van metaal, kleur of gewicht veranderd zijn?
De vraag wordt: is wat numista verteld over die één of twee munten korrekt.:.
I don't know why there is a difference in color but it's definitely two different variants. Maybe there's different ways of making iron that affects the color?

The 1917-1920 type is also light color like most of the 1942 ones. After 1942 they're all dark color.
