Alderney 5 Pounds KM#98. Listing error

Pubblicazioni di 2
The Alderney £5 coin, has two coins listed as KM#98, but one is copper-nickel and the other is silver.
My 2013 Krause catalogue only list the silver variant.
Does anyone know of the correct KM# for the c/n version?
Please amend catalogue

Just found this old topic.

CuNi version was not listed in any printed Krauze catalougue but this was fixed recently in Krauze database avaliable online on NumisMaster website. Now, CuNi is KM#98, silver is Km#98a and 2006 gold plated edition is KM#98b.

All six coins in the series were updated recently this way (CuNi as basen number, silver “a” and 2006 silver with gold clad “b”. There are in addition two coins in pure gold, now both listed with “c” letter.

I updated some of these numbers (letters) in Numista earlier this week.

In general, NumisMaster added recently a lot of new km# numbers for Alderney coins, including some new produced by Commowealth Mint. There are only few Alderney coins manufactured by Royal Mint (till 2016) that are still without km#.
