Another tool for referees/admins suggestion: Moving a whole section at once [Risolto]

Recently I was asked by Jarcek to move all 250~ Ecu and City Euro coins in France- Notgeld to Tokens, and it took absolutely forever to move each coin one by one to '*Tokens*'. I still have about 100 left to do as I type, but that's not the point.

Anyway, I'd like to suggest a new "tool" for admins if not for referees; the ability to move a whole currency, and all the coins listed under it from one country to another. This would make any future endeavours of the sort far easier for referees and catalogue admins, and as far as I know (from asking admins) this does not exist yet.

Xavier can do that, but not in this case when it was needed to make a difference between those which belong to tokens and exonumia.

​Ok, fair enough for this case but more admins should have access to that so it can be done on demand if you ask me.
