Some of the Indian Princely States (IPS) are their own issuers but the rest seem to still be under "Indian states and kingdoms"... for example Baroda, Mewar, Tonk and Travancore (just the few examples from my collection page) are their own issuers but some of the other ones (Hyderabad, Kutch, etc.) aren't.
Just wondering what's up with that? It looks like someone forgot to finish a job or something.
