Cita: "Choucas"I'm not used to this coin so what I'm going to say is just about translation from french. I don't know what it truly represents. Based on the french wiki Cass has posted it does not represent "speech quote" (which should be in french "citation d'un discours" or just "citation") but books written by him ("ouvrages").thanks my friend.
Even if, it's true, Mendes France used these quotes in speeches, he also had books titled like that.

Based on the french wiki Cass has posted it does not represent "speech quote" (which should be in french "citation d'un discours" or just "citation") but books written by him ("ouvrages").I briefly researched the "ouvrages" (that word means in English as the more vague term "works") cited in the paragraph and I found evidence for it being representative of both speeches and books by PMF, so I made my decision on emphasising the former. Now amended.
